Terms Of Service & Limitations

Rules

• Mature (18+) content is permitted.
• All uploads must comply to the laws of: The Owners Country (UK) & Server Location (USA).
• Commercial use is currently permitted, but please use some of your profits to donate to the site. Commercial users with excess usage and no donation may become barred to ensure resources are split evenly for other users.
• Images containing excessive gore, fascism or images that incite or depict hatred toward any person or persons or will be removed.
• Images that are linked to in unsuitable or illegal sites may be removed, regardless of image content.

Limitations

• There are currently no limitations on max bandwidth per IP.
• There are currently no uploads for max uploads per day, week or year.
• There are currently no max stored files per user.
These are subject to change if resources become more limited.

Personal Information Storage & Cookies

• IPs are saved for each image uploaded, but are only referred to when an illegal or unsuitable image is uploaded.
• The site currently does not make use of cookies, this may change in the future when new features are added, for example accounts.
• If you message us, your email is only stored until the message is resolved, it is only used for correspondence relating to the message.
